Navyashree BN filed complaint against Delhivery courier on Dec 13, 2018
The package was returned to the seller stating that the customer dint ask for re attempt. But thats a lie and here is a brief of what happen to me.
*. I got a message on December **th that my package is out of delivery, after waiting the entire day I get a message saying your partner was not able to deliver the order.
*. On December **th I called back the number I had got in the message he promised me that he would deliver it on **th and even that day I dint get the package
*. December **th I called the same guy he said package is not with me. I called the customer care and after ** long minute of wait some one picked up and promised to send it to me by **pm today. the same day i sent a mail and they asked for ** hrs.
*. December **th I called back and again after ** minutes of wait I got to speak to your executive and he said the parcel is sent back to the dealer as the runner boys rejected to deliver to me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
