I have ordered apple watch SE on *nd Oct **** from Amazon(e-commerce platform).
The delivery boy came on *rd Oct **** at evening. I was not available at home at that time coz i have gone to amritsar. So my mother attended the delivery boy. Delivery boy asked for OTP then my mother called me so i am unable to attend the call at that time coz i was busy.
Then my mother told delivery boy the same thing. Then he told that call me once you receive OTP or i will deliver the same parcel next day early morning.Then my mother took phone number of the delivery boy. Then by talking to my mother like within * hour I called delivery boy to deliver the parcel again so he asked me for OTP at that time when he isn't even around my home. As a responsible consumer it is not right to provide OTP when delivery boy is not even around my home.
I have called amazon customer care *-*times on *th Oct **** for my order related issues as delivery boy cancelled the order. I have called delivery boy as well he is behaving so rudely so i put down the call.
On this day i.e. *th Oct **** it is birthday of my Mom i have planned a surprise to gift her this apple watch today but you guys totally ruined this. I accept my fault but delivery boy didn't came second time. One thing more if i want to reject the order why would i have paid for this pls understand. Ask customer as well before cancelling the order don't go simply by conversation of delivery boy.
Pls understand i cannot sit at home for whole day waiting for my parcel to come have to do other work also.
The price of the product at that time was Rs.***** and by applying hdfc credit card i have got discount of Rs.**** so effective price was Rs.*****.
Now the watch is priced at Rs.***** and amazon is saying that they can give me Rs.**** as compensation.
But why would i suffer a loss of Rs.**** it's not my fault. If i have done any fault on my side i am ready to suffer the loss of whole amount.
