Amazon.in - Package not deliverable

I ordered a pack of glucometer strips it was cash on delivery. For the second time in my history with Amazon I placed a COD order and both the time it was marked that I had refused the order which is not the case. I take it very seriously because on the outlook what Amazon India is showing that they tried to deliver but it is the customer who refused the order, that ways they maintain a squeaky clean record in front of the whole world in terms ***% delivery and support it by forcefully forged data.

Also when called customer care they act like they don't care. I'm not talking about customer care executives I'm talking about their supervisors. I have spoken to * of them Baljeet, Ashirwad and Sneha. Ashirwad had the worst attitude amongst them. He showed heights of sarcasm. I repeatedly told him that his call is getting recorded but tgis guy never buzzed and kept the same attitude going....with his words he was the most polite official but by his attitude he was the rudest guy who totally thought his word is the law in Amazon India. I even suspect that he disconnected the call at the end when he saw that he got cornered in the argument.

I want the issue to be resolved and the jobs of the people gone who are responsible for stating me a liar.

I have call recordings with me for supporting my interactions with them.

They by far are the worst customer service team which i have interacted with. They don't have a single shred of resolution to my problem and they wear this inability with proud.

Apart from being sorry if they would have acted in customer service picture could've been something different.
