Amazon.in - Package not deliver or not refund my money

I did order one youngman fiberglass * feet * year warantee ladder *dec **** on amazon.in. and i pay already *,***.** rupees in advance vaya visa card. But did not get yet my stuff or refund payment. So i did already request for my delivery enquiry or refund payment. Both companies seller or amazon.in but i m not setisfied their answer. Please help me . Thank you.
