I had purchased **gb otg pen drive of SanDisk, by making the online payment in the Snapdeal portal through my debit card.
The product did not get delivered to me instead I received sms stating that the product has been delivered to me. I had raise the complaint several times and send the mail to Snapdeal complaints, but in vain even till today they have not been able to solve my problem and deliver me my pen drive. Every time I have been asked by the Snapdeal people to wait but there is no solution to my problem from their end. How can they be so lenient in not getting the product deliver to the right customer even after making the payment on the earlier hand. This matter should be taken in a very serious notion and help me solve not only my but many other issues like mine.
Hoping to get justice this time as I have been waiting since a long time for getting justice to my purchase.
P.S. I have attached the relevant documents stating my purchase history.
