Gautham AP filed complaint against Realme on Dec 21, 2020
I bought dart power bank from your website with this mail id. My registered mobile number is **********. When i was checking my order it showed status as delivered. But I have not received it yet.
In realme website, the status is "delivered", but I have not received the power bank.
I came to know about this issue only on **th October. So I immediately mailed them regarding this issue.
And they called me after one and half months and said "the order was delivered to you" without even understanding the fact that it was not delivered to me.
I need justice on this.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
