I have ordered Rakhi for Raksha Bandhan from IGP on *th August and while placing order they mentioned that package will be delivered before **th Aug. But still package hasnt delivered yet...its **th August already...it's raksha bandhan and when they are providing such service they need to know how importnat it is to delivered within time ...my rakhi didnt reach to my brother on this day...it's not abt money...it's about feelings ..trust...i raised complaint from **th Aug...**th Aug ...and even today...tried to contact customer care...i waited **min on call yet didnt get connected...very very disappointed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
