Ruben Philip filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 1, 2019
I have ordered for a product called orka bean bag for which the payment was done on **th january and the maximum delivery date told was **th january .**th january when i called they told will be receiving the product on **th .and on **th the executives after calling them told we would receive a call from flipkart by **st january .still it was not an assurity for the product to be delivered it was a promise that a call would be received which clearly tells that something has happened regarding the delivery and they wont be able to deliver the product . on **st when i called it was told to wait till * pm for call . also i m not allowed to cancel my order through the application also on the call .the reason they are telling is we have only ** hours after ordering to cancel but they dont have any word for delivery time .and from one executive i came to know on **st that the product is not yet shipped which clearly shows they are cheating custumers because on application it was shown shipped and about to reach.still no proper reply and cancellation is possible.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
