I went to a delhivery outlet to courier my friend a parcel on *th November, ****. The courier was for a metro city approximately **kms away. It has been * days but it haven't been delivered, everyday it's showing out for delivery but is not being delivered. I would also like to point out, this complaint isn't for delay this is for the product, I can't afford to lose it, it has more emotional value than monetary. Kindly help me figure this out. I want my parcel to be delivered as soon as possible without any damage.
