BOAT - Package nit delivered

I have ordered a boat headphones model *** Bassheads.. Red color for ₹ ***. On March ** , **** and after getting call of confirming I did payment and waited for a week as mentioned the delivery time period.. The product was not delivered and it's still in passed to dealer status.. I have tried contacting to customer service through call but bot continuously hangs on. I did wrote mail regarding this with in ** hr response came stating that it may take few more days around *-* more days... I was like okay but must be delivered.. But still not came then I wrote again.. This time when the mail was answered it was like a bot written mail not having accessing the situation it's said more *-* days.
