Mohammed Irshad filed complaint against Fedex Express Transportation And Supply Chain Services India Private Limited on Oct 8, 2020
Commercial shipment sent to my customer in rwanda by using fedex service. they received only one package the another package was not belong to them, And our package sent to some other place. Complaint registered on Aug *rd to trace the missing package. Still they not find our package and not responding properly.
Our items are medical related which was temperature sensitive, it will not be usable now after ** days.
There are * boxes, both are internally related, where if one box missing then another box material can't be usable. ( Batch/Lot related) can not compensate with another LOT.
So the claim should be for total Invoice value - ****$.
This is including shipping charges which was paid by my customer.
Also I received Shipment bill and notices from fedex to make payment for the missing package.
Please help me to get claim and waiver of shipment bill.
I have lost my customer because of this issue, so my revenue also loss. please help me in this regards.
