Meenakshi Ray filed complaint against Zivame on Mar 13, 2023
I have ordered Dermawear Shapewear by Order Id #********* on *st March. The ETA of delivery, that was shown to me while ordering was *th March. It has already been **th March and it is still in transit.
Thinking that it might be a 'one time' logistics issue, I again ordered the item via Order ID #********* on **th March, and it's ETA as earlier, keeps on increasing (when I ordered, it was shown to be **th March, and now it has become **th March).
I called customer care and asked to cancel both the items with refund in my wallet around * times.
Everytime it was said to me that both the orders are cancelled and the same should be reflected within ** hours.
The orders are still not showing to be cancelled from my end, neither I received any notification regarding refund. Zivame is doing fraud of withholding customer money like this
