I have ordered an asus a***la laptop replacement screen on **th October **** on amazon and they promised to deliver it by **nd October ****. * days have paased from the estimated date and still no word of it. I have called customer care two times and each times they said my item will arrive within **-** hrs. But even after these timelines , situation continues to persist. I was very excited about my purchase and amazon ruined it all.
