Hello,
I have ordered a product and that was shipping from Hongkong to India. And I was told to pay duty charges and I paid that via online payment NEFT. Also I have shared the payment reference details to FedEx. But still my shipment is not delivered. Everyday when I call to customer support or email them that say my package is given to OFA Agent for delivery and they will deliver but nothing happens. I don’t know how to get my product from FedEx. Kindly help me
