Location: Gurgaon
It is supposed to be delivered with *-* working days.
So as fer this timeline I waited till *th August and after that I continuously requested customer care to share the current status of mu package.
After every */* query they respond once stating that we are working.
On **th of August I received * other packages which were also picked up from Gurgaon on that same time (total * package).
Following that I have received no response after *th August do I have mafe multiple tweets. Same as before after every */* tweets they mentioned that we are working. On **th Aug I received a mail and message that the package is lost in transit. After that again there is no response.
That's how this courier service works. WORST EVER COURIER SERVICE IN INDIA
