Chandra filed complaint against Ajio on Sep 8, 2019
I ordered a saree from Ajio and it never got delivered but I received an sms stating that it has been delivered and then I contacted Ajio customer care and they raised a complaint and said the problem would be resolved by *th september but I still haven't received any information or response regarding the complaint so I contacted them again today and they said that they had to raise another complaint because in the previous one they have been informed that the product has been delivered but I never received any email for confirmation of the signature, now they're saying that the problem would be resolved by **th september and I don't know what to do now. I just want my money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
