Myntra - Package did not delivered

I ordered a product "Lotus herbals" from Myntra and they did not deliver this on time. I complain about this on their website immediately when I did not receive the product on the mentioned dates. The website showed that they will deliver my product soon but they did not for * days. When I tried calling customer care service, they talked rudely to me that they cannot do anything regarding this. The website is still showing the status as "Not delivered" but the customer service is saying that they delivered it. They are not even ready to refund the amount.
