On **rd june **** I ordered a motorola g** *g mobile and flipkart promised home delivery by ** th june.On ** th ekart delivery agent asked me to tell cancellation code as he is not able to deliver product .I raised this issue as a complaint since it was a prepaid order and i ordered mobile as a birthday gift.After that on **th they cancelled order without my knowledge.when Complained through flipkart customer care number they told me reorder it So on ** th I ordered this mobile once again and it was eligible for open box delivery and promised express delivery in * day but delivery is delayed and delivery agent tried to deliver pre opened mobile and he told me that it is usual that he unboxes mobiles before delivery because he have no time to wait in customer premises for open box delivery .So I refused order and requested replacement.From the begining itself there was no proper response from flipkart.They keeps saying I will get call back from flipkart higher authority but no call received.I need them to deliver new mobile with brand box and seal at the earliest and to compensate for my losses
