I ordered Lenovo mobile from Amazon.in on date **-**-****. they have delivered parcel on ** Sep ****.i opened that parcel in front of the delivery guy. as i got detergent soap instead of mobile. delivery guy Mobile No:**********, i refused to take that parcel. when i called to customer care, lady said "Please send the pictures to us" after that no call from Amazon. when i called again on monday then they had initiated my refund. still not received my money back
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
