PayTM - Package delivered with broken handle

I have ordered for Nokia ***DS TA **** blue as prepaid one for Rs **** with a cashback offer ***/-. I paid full i.e ****/- after ** hrs I have received ***/- as cashback. After * days I have received a product box. I noticed that there is a broken handle (plastic) instead of Nokia phone what I ordered actually. Immediately I called to customer care centre of paytm and raised a complaint about the wrong product delivery. They verified and said simply sorry with replacing the wrong product. I again raised a complaint online in customer care of paytm. They have asked for packing details, photos, invoice, the weight of the product, the time of receipt including IMEI number. They finally closed the issue without compensation or replacement of the product with IMEI number. Simply they are saying sorry for the inconvenience.
