Amazon.in - Package Delivered to Wrong Person

Ordered Lava A** Phone from Amazon online Portal on **rd June ****, & i got update that it will be delivered between **th June – **th June ****, I waited whole day long on both days for my phone & finally I called up customer care on **th June **** around *.** pm, she told me to wait till *.** pm for delivery or else can call tomorrow. In the meanwhile I got message from amazon & they messaged me phone no of Amazon agent who was coming for delivery, I contacted him he denied his delivery for that particular location.
On **th June again I got message from amazon that my phone got delivered at my office address @ around **.** pm (which was not a decent timing to deliver product) & my product was handed over to some unknown person named Ravindra Agawane (I never gave instruction to deliver my product to some third party).
Next day on **th June I enquired in my office about my package, but no such package was delivered & there was no such person named Ravindra Agawane in my office premises & outside as well.
I again called up customer care & shared with them all details, they told me to give them * days’ time to investigate the matter & then they will get back to me with the solution. They even told that I will receive my phone on or before **rd July **** or they will initiate refund. So I waited till **rd July but there was no progress in the case now on **rd July again they are asking me to wait for another * days.
I had even written mail to their customer care Id but the response is same. They neither want to give me my phone neither want to give me my refund.
