Hello. I had done a purchase on zoomin on **th december **** which was dispatched through FedEx on **st december ****.
My shipment id is ************. The online tracking id showed that it was delivered on Friday, **th december **** to me but as of now, it has not been delivered to my concerned address. I had lodged a complaint against the same and the reference number is **********.
I have not been provided with the details of the delivery person who attempted the delivery on **th december.
It has already been * days since it was delivered to wrong address. I have followed up with numerous times and all that I received was a false promise.
I want to lodge a complaint against them for harassing me and not even providing me with complete information.
