I recently had the worst experience from an e commerce website.
Which is amazon, I bought an Elica chimney worth *****
They told me it will be delivered in * days.
Yet it took them ** days plus to deliver the chimney.
After the delayed delivery, the installation team came to the house
They unboxed the product, and told me it is damaged.
So I had to complain to the amazon team, * times.
Once foe the delayed delivery and the second time for the damaged product.
Customer service did not help at all in this regard.
As they told me the vendor appliancesnet, and the courier company xpresbees are responsible for this issue.
After so much scuffle they initiated the return of the package
And it has been ** days since then and nobody has came to pickup the damaged chimney.
Causing refund to be delayed.
* days back I contacted the amazon team and they told me they will pick this up eith the help of delhivery team.
There is still no sign of a trackable no. Of delhivery courier company. No sign of any contact person.
Nothing. No help at all.
All the brands I've mentioned provided me no help.
And I had to bought another chimney from the store.
So for * product I'm paying twice the amount.
Just because of the dastardly service of amazon, appliances net(their vendor), Elica for damaged product, xpressbees and delhivery for lack of communication.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
