I made a pick up and delivered a electronic device to send my frnd I packed it very in a best manner took a extra protection plan for paid extra for that when my frnd received it it was damaged device screen was cracked and damaged filed a complaint in customer support of Delhivery but no repose since *month not a resolution neither a response
