Dear Voxya Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request compensation for a glass painting I sent from Rathnapuri, Coimbatore to Mysore (******) on October *, ****, under docket number D******** through DTDC courier service.
Despite taking every precaution to pack the painting securely with bubble wrap and thermocol, and clearly labeling it as "Fragile" in both Tamil and English, the item was delivered broken. This piece was not only a reflection of my hard work but also represented significant costs for materials, framing, and shipping.
As the customer is now requesting a refund, I find myself in a difficult situation due to the mishandling of the package. I kindly request that you address this issue and compensate me for the value of the item, which is Rs. **,***, at your earliest convenience.
