I ordered a mobile from flipkart and the mobile was supposed to be delivered by ** April ****.
Flipkart has a new policy " open box delivery ", which states that when we order mobile from flipkart, the delivery agent will open the box in front of us, we will check the mobile and after satisfaction we will share the otp with delivery agent, and once otp is shared the mobile cannot be returned back.
However the delivery agent that came to deliver my mobile didn't agree to open the box and told to give otp, when i requested him, he said " otp dena h to de dimag kharab mt kr" and went away.
I raised complaint on Flipkart app, no support provided.
I tweeted this incident (*-* tweets), there is just a automated reply that team is looking into it and its been * days to that tweets no representative has called or mailed me regarding the same.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
