I booked a hotel from ********** hotel Bhumi.. which was not in mount abu but it was writen as mount abu in the oyo address.. Even the hotel owner and manager at hotel Bhumi told that the address is incorrect and they insisted me to call back and get the money refunded.. The hotel Bhumi is ** kms from Mount Abu.. Left out with no choise I booked a hotel once again at mount abu for which I am writing the revew.. When I called oyo to get the refund a lady supervisor put the call on hold for ** minutes. I was promissed a call back by other supervisor in ** minutes and Instead of calking me back they send me an email that my phone is not rechable. which was a old outsourced callcenter stories.. Then they stater giving misscalls on ********** aroune **:** pm just to put up in call records of the call center that they called me to avoid escelations....When I replied back to the mail they called me at ** am ..totally insane.. I will upload your reviews in facebook twiter and youtube and trust me if I dont get the refund of Hotel Bhumi in next ** hrs I will go to consumer foram to file a ligal complain.. And if required I will pay more to my lawyer then the refund amount.. I also want that lady supervisor to be terminated with immediate effect who put my call on hold for ** minutes..I have all my call recordings and will upload everything in youtube very soon will post the same in facebook and share you guies as well.. I have made * bookings using your app in last * days but will never recomend or sugest any one to use your over rated pathetic serviece.. Regards/ Aniruddha
