I booked an OYO for *th September when I reached the hotel they said they are not entertaining customers who have made an advance payment of the room. I contacted the customer care but nobody helped and then they made a fresh booking for which I had to pay the hotel in cash. I later asked for a refund and now they are not answering anything.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
