OYO Rooms - OYO Rooms not refunded my money

I have booked my room through with OYO Rooms @ Bangalore location on **th to **th of October. Due to hygiene issue and i was with my baby i cancelled the booking after staying for a day. The OYO team promised and confirmed me on email and call stating that itdays. will be transferred to the source by ** days. Since then i never received any confirmation and calling to them was waste of time without any support. They harassed me on call making me hold more than * hour. I would request you to help to file my complaint against them.
