I booked hotel through OYO rooms and paid full amount also but hotel management denied my check in due to low tariff issue.I called OYO help desk on same day, oyo help desk asked me to pay Rs.**** to hotel management and assured me to refund full amount that is Rs.**** ,they didn't refund my full money.Almost ** days over still they didn't refund my money that is Rs ****(I received only Rs. *** from OYO).Booking ID is CUHV****, and media escalation number *******.I have attached their email also. Please let me know if you need anything more.
