S.BALAJI filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Aug 27, 2019
I booked hotel through OYO rooms and paid also but hotel management denied my check in due to unavailability of rooms.I called OYO help desk on same day and cancelled my booking,they didn't refund my money.Almost one month over still they didn't refund my money.Booking ID is ODSE****.Pls let me know if you need any information
