I had called customer care service and made bulk booking of ** rooms on Oyo. ** rooms from Hotel Sri* Inn, Anantapur and * rooms in MYR residency, Anantapur. I made this booking for guests for my marriage. As it was bulk booking, we wanted to check the rooms in advance and we went to both the hotels. Both the hotels denied saying that they cannot give us those rooms on our booking dates. I contacted customer care service for the same and they did not give us any resolution for it. Because of all this I had to directly go to other hotels at Anantapur and I had to book the hotels at higher cost. Also, this was a huge waste of time as it was marriage time and also what would be the case if hadn’t gone to hotel to check the rooms ?? At that point of time, where would all our guests stay ?
This is certainly mental and financial pressure for all of us.
