Hi team,
I am not happy with service and the policy. Due to some emergency with my family only I placed cancellation but you guys deducted whole amount without any confirmation on the time when I was made the decision. My booking ID QNYI**** so I need my whole amount in my account and seriously very rediculous, totally unhappy with oyo. I always using oyo but if you guys serve this kind of service hope I will never use or can't recommend any one to go with OYO.
