OYO Rooms - Oyo refund not processed after 30 days

I have been cheated by oyo and they have fraudulently taken money from me and i did not get the service and left from the hotel. I paid **** Rs. i was told that they will refund and sent me emails. They have failed to do so. Its been more than a month. They have cheated me high time. I want my refund. Its been hours and hours of torture by being on phone calls with their guest experience managers but nothing is helpful. They are fooling custumers and making money from them. Feel cheated.
