Hi , I have booked resort through oye and when i reached the property , they denied saying that from past * months they are not accepting any oyo booking .Later had a discussion with customer car executive , they have agreed for cancellation and refund initiated , but almost ** days later when i checked the status it shows declined.The refund is not yet happened.Please help
