Pragyesh Dixit filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Jul 19, 2019
Oyo ***** charged. Me extra amount of ***rs while my payable amount is ***rs they charged me amount of ****rs.
Last night at *am I BOOKED oyo ***** for rs *** but when I reached at the hotel.
the hotel staff and mob app both were showing me that the amount is ****rs I was shocked that the amount was ***rs so how it can be possible so firstly I make a check in process with their norms and amount so I paid hotel ****rs for check in and when I got check in I called oyo customer support num and told them my concern and I got that they have included lunch and dinner in my booking while I did not do this.
This meal addition was either from oyo or hotel staff but I did not do this.
So After talking to customers executive of oyo I cancelled the meal plan and now my amount is *** rs but hotel staff us not ready to refund my balance. While app is also showing ***rs only.
And when I told oyo that hotel is not refunding my balance they make me block from oyo helpline num...
