Hi
It started like this, I booked a hotel in **th October **** with reference no - QYRK**** for staying in Panchkula, Haryana from **.**.**** till **.**.**** for the amount of Rs **** which includes oyo money and credit card payment. But to my surprise came on **.**.**** where I went across around * pm in the hotel. The hotel replied that they didn't have rooms to accommodate me. I asked them I have paid the amount in advance but all.in vein. They replied to call oyo as they have asked them to stop the bookings and ask for refund. Then when I called customer care for refund , instead of doing that they shifted me to another hotel without my consent. The difference between the * hotels were a state change kinda as one is panchkula and other is chandigarh. But when I called oyo rooms again they refused to state in initial booking and then I have no other option rather then staying in a nearby hotel for which I had to shell out Rs **** from.my pocket. Now also when.i am asking for refund they are cutting my calls and not giving me any reference number.
I will being victim.of the Fraud and cheating by Oyo rooms. So please let me have the refund of Rs **** from the company.
