Oyo Hotels - oyo hotels harrasement for cancellation of booking

hi,we have booked * rooms as * person per room in oyo(booking receipt attached),but on time of checkin we were only * guest,we requested hotel for cancellation of * room,but they told us that we have to call oyo custmer care,the room didnt get cancelled after calling customer care,we called them many time every time executive was telling he will revert us but no responce,this continued till *nd sept morning,we have to do checkout with full payment,we didn't use *nd room but we paid for the same.i request u to look into matter & give us our room charges ****.*& compansation charges of **** rs for the inconvenience faced by us.
