we have face in between **th dec **** to **th dec **** following issues:
*. geyser was not working so we have to bath in cold water.
*. lizard was on the bad and for this reason i have to change my room from *** to *** on **th Dec **** which you can see from the cctv camera at around * to * PM.
*. so many small insects was seen in the room.
*. quality of breakfast was very bad and when i have asked for milk as breakfast was poor then they charged me Rs.** for two glass of Milk.
*. for laundry bill of Rs.*** first they said No and when i emphasised then they have not arranged proper bill but given a just piece of paper even without gst which is Direct violation of gst law.
*. every day they did not clean the room and when we have asked the reason they contented that they don't have any keys arrangement so they are unable to clean the room.
*. they have not provided even the basic necessities like clean water for drinking and hygienic area .
*. as i have booked three room for five guest they have not provided two towel for two guest and also the one towel which they have provided was not a fresh through out our stay.
*. due to drainage issue the smell was every where in the hotel.
hence, i need full refund of Rs.**,***/=.
