Sonali Chavan filed complaint against Ola on Feb 16, 2021
This is related to my earlier complaint id ****** posted on *st Jan ****.
OLA is overcharging me for Rs*** through their postpaid subscription which has already been paid in cash for the trips to the driver.
I had received a call from OLA representative(a lady whose name I cannot recall) on **th Jan **** regarding this OLA postpaid subscription issue. The OLA representative mentioned that since the subscription was selected, the due amount of Rs *** is reflected on my account. I have mentioned to them that all the payments for the trips have been paid in cash and that there are no dues pending.
The OLA representative mentioned that since the amount was paid in cash to the driver, this did not reflect in the OLA postpaid subscription. I told them they could have already checked the trip invoices which are available in the OLA account to verify and cancel the subscription, as the amount of Rs *** from the subscription selection was and never has been utilised.
The representative mentioned that she will update this and settle it internally.
However, they call up from different numbers and continue to send threat messages until today **th Feb ****.
Kindly help to resolve this overcharging of Rs *** through their application and unnecessary harassment.
