Sir,
I am a daily commuter and use Uber India on daily basis. Today, while coming back from the college (Pick up- Jesus and Mary College, Chanakyapuri), I decided to pool a cab. My original expected fare was ₹** which is the usual fare.
Once, I got down (it was a Paytm payment) I received a message that ₹***.* have been deducted!
Which is outrageous! The driver did not end the ride and drove ahead till Mahipalpur.
Sir, I am a student and this clearly burnt a big hole in my wallet.
Please do something, to refund the amount to restore my trust as the Uber Support did not take any satisfactory action and brushed it off saying that I got off ahead of my drop, which seems like a new dirty trick.
The Uber support hasn't replied to my mails.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
