I made a booking through their app and i have found it on several occasiona that the app doesnt work properly i was shown an amount approximately **** and i agreed on that and made the booking .. later on when i reached the venue the amount was changed on the app and it turned out to be **** .... the person available at the recepetion was not able to tale my complaint as his crm wasnt working also
When i tried to put this matter to oyo escalation team through their app they are just raising the ticket and after ** hours the open dispute gets closed automatically and shows resolved even though i dong even receive a call from them also
I tried to contact them through twitter and someone called me aftrer * month and said sir you should have proofs available in form of screenshots
I mean who takes a screenahot at the time of booking
And now they are refusing to pay the refund
I want the extra amount charged back to me
Also the time waste they have done
And mental harrassement i have gone through is unexplainable

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
