P N V Malleswara Rao filed complaint against Uber Cabs on Feb 26, 2018
I booked the cab ** hours before and the price was showing ₹***-*** at the time of booking. Just before * minutes of scheduled time, I got SMS saying due to increased demand the price might increase but the message doesn’t shown how much more amount they are going to charge. Even the driver also doesn’t show how much extra amount would it come. I assumed it would be between ₹***-*** as per initial estimate. Also the driver took longer route which is unnecessary. and wasted almost ** minutes of our time. The final price charged to me was ₹***.**, which is more than ₹*** of initial maximum estimate price of ₹***. Please do the needful to receive the refund on this trip. I attached the initial booking screen shot.
