Thailand package was booked for **th December. Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to change the date to **th. Extra amount for air tickets was asked and the same was paid by me. For hotel date changes, they are not willing to help us and asking us to book on our own. Though the amount of package was paid. It was disturbing and service is pathetic.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
