Act Fiber Net - OTT service disconnection

Vijayan filed complaint against Act Fiber Net on Aug 28, 2023

We purchased act fibernet connection during may,****. paid around **** for * month plan.The next month OTT service DISCONNECTED saying that we downloaded some app and we have to pay ***. we paid and aske isconnect that extra service. next month also we receive bill for rs ***. we asked for detail. there is no proper reply from the customer care . after repeated mails , there is no action. we are now seeing only youtube and other free channels only. we are totally disappointed with the response from act fibrenet. we talked to Coimbatore office . they are also raising the only tickets for complaint but no result . we dont know what to do .
