Act Fiber Net - not providing service properly

my wifi is not working and they are not providing service properly and didn't pick the call +************ and ********** these are the contact no of the person who didn't pick our call, they are not doing their job properly. I have raised a ticket on act application but it takes time to resolve the issue and my exam are near I have to study but due to lack of internet I can't study so please do something, thank you
