SONU RAFEEK filed complaint against Act Fiber Net on Sep 12, 2024
We have * accounts with ACT Fiber net which is taken * months back along with a package that is *+* month. However now the connection will expire by October **th,**** only but they suspended our connection for non payment of dues. The due they mentioned is nothing but an error from their end which is several times we intimated but now we are suffering without internet connection. Our company is an NBFC company which cannot be run without internet. ACT fiber net officials forcing us to take next six months package wthout internet for that they raised a bill too which is clarely unethical and unproffessional offense.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
