I was paid for new connection on **th june and the installation process was not took place.And,when I asked for refund they said it would take place within ** days but,the money was not refunded yet and when I call them on **th day they were not responding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
