I am writing to report a persistent issue with my account login and order placement on Jiomart. Despite calling daily to jiomart customer service for the past ** days, I have been unable to resolve this issue.
The problem is that I am not receiving the OTP (One-Time Password) when I try to log in to my account. After entering mobile number I don't receive OTP for verification. As a result, I am unable login to the account and to place orders on the platform.
I have attached a video demonstrating the issue for your reference.
I have been complaining about this issue daily, but unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory resolution yet. I request you to look into this matter urgently and assist me in resolving the issue.
Due to jiomart not supporting and not giving any resolution of my compliant last ** days I'm unable to login to my account and unable to use my jiomart wallet balance RS ***.
