I had ordered for the product "Magideal DNX-**** *.*mm External Microphone for Car Pioneer Stereos Radio Receiver "" on *-sept-**** through amazon website. I made full payment (rs ***.**) for the product while ordering itself. The order id is Order # ***-*******-*******.
But, I got a message/email on **-Sep-**** saying my product is delivered to my address. However I had not recieved that product on that day. Even till today, I have not recieved my product.
I have called amazon customer care * times in last ** days. But, they are not responding properly. They are just saying please wait for some time.
Please either deliver the product or refund the money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
